People with a limited amount of room for their stereo should shop for small DVD players. These players are less expensive and are typically manufactured by off brand companies. However, some large companies such as Magnavox also make small players.

Small DVD players are inexpensive and lack the features of larger players. Typically they do not have as many inputs and outputs. They sell for approximately $35-$50.

Portable DVD players are small DVD players that are made for people on the go. They include an LCD screen for movie viewing. These players are so small they can be carried onto an airplane or even given to a child to occupy him during a long drive.
